Work area

The work area should be cleared by the client before the start date. Furniture moving and protection begins at $75 per room when needed.

Utilities & temperature

The client provides access to electricity, running water, and operational HVAC. Indoor temperature should remain between 65°F and 85°F.

Materials

Finish paint and specialized primers are billed separately or supplied by the client unless stated otherwise. Standard job consumables are included.

Scope changes

Additional hourly work is performed only with client approval.
